We are located in Clermont Florida and operate strictly on the Internet, however if you live local you are more than
welcome to pick up any item and save the shipping costs.
We try to provide a ton of information on the site under the articles directory and the directions tab. This eliminates
99% percent of questions and or problems.
| Warranty If an item is broken or damaged from shipping we will replace the part at our cost. If something is missing from a box, we of course will replace the part. If you purchase a table and change your mind about it, you can return it but you will be charged the shipping charge, no restocking fee will be charged. The returned items will be inspected to insure no damage. |
We do have is a dedication to our customers. We use our equipment and know it well. If something breaks in
transit, we replace it. We are not interested in someone having a one time purchase, we would rather keep my
customers coming back. We are always tweaking and developing new products so its imperative that we have good
feedback from customers like you.
Bottom line, we stand behind our products and have never had a table returned to us because of quality. We don't
publish our phone number because we do not have the manpower to operate it the way it should be done. The way
it should be done would be to man it 12 hours per day 7 days a week. We are sorry but we are unable to do that.
We do however any questions via email diligently and if need be I can call anyone any walk them through any help
they might need.
