This 12 amp, electronic variable speed router combo kit provides constant speed
under load from 8,000-24,000 rpm and soft start to rout smoothly through the
hardest of materials. Includes fixed base that features the micro-fine depth
adjustment ring which provides precise, quick depth adjustments in 1/64-inch
increments and constant switch and cordset location. Adjustable, tool-free motor
cam locks provide easy base change from fixed to plunge and solid base locking;
quick release motor latches provide fast motor pack removal. Plunge base
features integral, through-the-column dust collection; machined brass bushings
and case-hardened steel guide rods for a smooth and accurate plunge stroke
and micro-fine depth adjustment for superior accuracy. Switch and plunge lock
lever are conveniently located near the handles for best-in-class control.
Precision-machined die-cast aluminum bases; nickel-plated, die-cast aluminum
motor housing; detachable cordset; dust-sealed switch; and clear, Lexan sub-
bases provide enhanced durability. Rubber overmolded handles and low center
of gravity design provide best-in-class comfort, balance, and control. Includes 1/2-
inch and 1/4-inch one-piece self-releasing collets, two wrenches, concentricity
gauge to ensure bit to sub-base centering, vacuum adaptor, and kitbox.
